About Vantage Digital Studio

Vantage Digital Studio creates and showcases its own digital work: websites, apps, software, ideas, experiments and projects in development. We also develop original reusable website and code components and may offer selected components or complete digital products for sale in future.

The website is primarily a studio portfolio, rather than an advertised website-building package service. We may discuss bespoke work following a direct enquiry, subject to an individual written agreement.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or misuse its content.

Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not place an order, secure a product or create an agreement for development work.

Vantage content and intellectual property

Vantage-created site design, branding, graphics, code, project presentations and other material are protected by intellectual-property rights. Those rights remain with Vantage unless we expressly grant a licence or agree a sale or transfer of identified rights.

Displaying material on the website does not grant ownership or permission to copy, redistribute or sell it. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holders, subject to any applicable licences.

Portfolio projects

Projects shown on the website may include released work, free products, work in development, experiments and portfolio demonstrations. The description and status shown for each project explain how it is presented.

A portfolio entry does not mean that the project is available for sale, that every part of it belongs to Vantage or that an external organisation endorses the studio. Any product availability, licence or agreed deliverables must be confirmed separately.

Reusable component products

Vantage intends to offer original reusable components such as Bento grids, navigation designs, card sliders, carousels, hero interactions, galleries and other UI or code components. Direct component sales are not live and the website has no online checkout.

The intended model is a licence allowing a buyer to integrate the component into their own website or project, provide its code to their developer, agency or AI coding tool for that integration, and customise content, colours, typography and implementation. A purchase would not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying Vantage component, product or design system.

Under the intended model, resale, redistribution or repackaging of the raw component as a competing standalone product would require express permission in the applicable licence. These intentions are not a final commercial licence: the specific licence supplied with each product will govern the purchase and must be approved and made available before sales begin.

Permitted project and user scope, licence duration, sharing conditions, support and updates will need to be stated in that product licence. No purchase rights or commercial licence are created by this page.

Complete digital products

Vantage may later offer selected complete apps, software or other digital products for sale. There is no active catalogue of complete products for direct purchase on this website.

A sale may include source code, branding, assets, identified intellectual property or exclusivity only where expressly stated in an individual written sale agreement. Buying a product does not automatically transfer all rights, source code or ownership.

The agreement must identify the deliverables, rights transferred or licensed, rights retained and any third-party material, together with agreed payment, handover and support arrangements.

Bespoke and commissioned work

We may occasionally accept bespoke website, design or development work following a direct enquiry. This is not an advertised package service, and an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Any engagement must be governed by an individual written quote or agreement covering scope, price, delivery, ownership or licensing, support, revisions, cancellation and payment terms. Agreed terms take precedence over general website wording for that engagement where applicable, subject to the law.

Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change an existing agreement or remove obligations already agreed.

Free products

Some Vantage apps or software may be available free of charge. Their own licence, terms, privacy notice and relevant platform rules still apply. Free availability does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

Free status does not create a commitment to ongoing support, updates or future development beyond what the relevant product or support information states, or what the law requires.

In development and coming soon

“In Development”, “Exploring” and “Coming Soon” describe work in progress. Development status, features and plans may change. Release dates are not guaranteed unless we explicitly state a commitment, and exploratory ideas may never become released products.

These descriptions do not invite payment or create a delivery obligation. Any commitment expressly agreed for a particular engagement remains governed by that agreement.

Third-party and open-source material

Vantage products and projects may use third-party or open-source dependencies, fonts, images and other assets. Their own rights, licences and restrictions continue to apply where relevant.

Vantage does not claim ownership of third-party material and cannot transfer rights it does not hold. Applicable dependencies and asset rights must be identified for each product licence or sale agreement.

External links

External websites, app stores and services have their own terms, privacy policies and availability. A link does not make their services part of a Vantage purchase or extend a Vantage licence to their content.

Purchases through an app store or another external platform use that platform’s purchase process and any applicable product terms. This website does not process those payments.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but may update project descriptions, products and availability. Please check the relevant product information or ask us to confirm details before relying on them for a proposed purchase or engagement.

The website may be temporarily unavailable, including during maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted website access. This does not change any delivery or service commitment expressly agreed for a particular transaction.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These general website terms do not set a financial liability cap or remove obligations under an agreed product licence, sale or bespoke engagement. Any proposed transaction-specific liability provisions must be stated in its agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms do not change the law or court jurisdiction that applies to you, or restrict any rights you have under applicable law. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision for a future product sale or bespoke engagement must be stated in the relevant agreement and respect mandatory rights.
