The current website does not provide visitor accounts, logins, newsletter registration, appointment booking, a chatbot, payment processing or online checkout.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or purchase.

Website requests and hosting

The public website is hosted using Cloudflare.

When you visit the website, technical information may be processed as part of delivering and protecting the site. This may include information such as:

• browser and device information; and
• the date and time of the request.

This technical information is used to operate, secure and deliver the website.

Vantage Digital Studio does not maintain a visitor-account database for this website.

Contact-form delivery and service providers

The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver enquiries to our email inbox.

When you submit the form, FormSubmit receives the form information and technical information associated with the submission so that it can deliver the message and apply its own security or anti-spam measures.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and related technical services.

Our email provider processes information required to send and receive email.

These service providers may process information using their own infrastructure and in accordance with their own privacy and security arrangements.

Where personal information is transferred internationally and UK data-protection law requires safeguards, the relevant provider arrangements and applicable safeguards govern those transfers.

The current website contact form does not send enquiries to Telegram, and there is no active website chatbot sending visitor messages to an AI service.

Individual Vantage products may use different systems for support or operation. Those practices are explained in the relevant product privacy notice.

Cookies and browser storage

The current Vantage website does not include advertising or analytics integration.

However, hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical information or use technologies required to provide and secure their services.

The Vantage studio entrance uses a simple browser session-storage flag to remember that the introduction has already been shown during the current browser-tab session.

This flag:

• does not contain your name or email address;
• does not contain a unique Vantage visitor identifier;
• is not used for advertising or analytics;
• is not submitted with contact enquiries; and
• normally disappears when the browser-tab session ends.

The website remains usable if this storage is unavailable, and the introduction also includes a skip option.

You can use your browser settings to clear or restrict browser storage.

How long we keep your information

We keep general enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and manage our relationship with you.

Normally, enquiry records under Vantage Digital Studio's control are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to:

• comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations;
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
• maintain records relating to an agreement.

Hosting, email and form-delivery providers may retain technical or delivery information under their own policies and service arrangements.

You can browse the Vantage website without submitting an enquiry.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are required so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Providing a phone number is optional.
